CANTON — A Philadelphia, NY man has been charged with assault stemming from an incident in September, according to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
Ryan H. Kitts, 39, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, in the town of Russell after Sheriff Deputies investigated an assault complaint on Fordham Hill Road, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Kitts was arraigned and released to reappear in Russell Town Court at a later date.
