EDWARDS -- A Russell resident was charged Nov, 17 stemming from a criminal mischief complaint earlier this month, according to state police.
Lakoata E. Schwartfigure, 21, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, officers said.
The subject was cited released on own recognizance, police said.
