RUSSELL — A Russell man was jailed after allegedly violating an order of protection on Nov. 29, according to state police.
Robert J. Tresidder Jr., 65, was charged Dec. 3 with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, officers said.
He reportedly violated a stay away order of protection by calling, leaving voicemails and texting the victim, police said.
Tresidder was arraigned in Hermon court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail, officers said.
