EDWARDS -- A Russell resident was charged with harassment Friday afternoon, according to state police.
Wallace F. McLaughlin, 30, was charged with aggravated harassment at 12:53 p.m. stemming from a June 3 complaint made to state police, officers said.
He was cited and released.
