Rensselaer Falls man charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief
RENSSELAER FALLS — State police charged a Rensselaer Falls man with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Sept. 28.
Troopers say Jordan M. Halladay, 32, following a report of a domestic dispute that occurred on Sept. 27.An investigation determermined Halladay allegedly threw items in the household where a verbal altercation occurred, breaking glass against the wall, trooper say.
Troopers say Halladay fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.
Halladay was located on Sept. 28, arrested and transported to Canton for processing before being released on an appearance ticket, police say.
Halladay is due in Canton Town Court later in October.
