POTSDAM — A Potsdam woman has been charged with harassment following a complaint on June 2.
Tiffany M. Koen, 38, was charged with second-degree harassment and unnecessary noise after an incident on Elderkin Street, police say.
She was issued appearance tickets for Potsdam Town Court on June 14.
