Potsdam police cite three for traffic infractions
POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged three motorists with driving infractions on Monday. Those charged included:
• Daniel H. Perham, 49, Malone, was charged with unsafe backing on Market Street following investigation of a property-damage accident involving a second vehicle.• Kenneth B.J. Cree, 24, Hogansburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate plate lights on May Road at 1:24 a.m.
• Duane Risley, 28, Gouverneur, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and insufficient tail lights at 10:25 p.m. on Main Street.
All three subjects were cited and released.
