POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions May 22.
• Austin T. Grant, 24, Madrid, was charged with failure to keep right on Clarkson Avenue at 6:20 a.m. following investigation of a motor vehicle accident, officers said.
• John D. Elmer, 89, Canton, was cited for driving with no seat belt at 10 a.m. on Market Street.
• Kevin J. Mousaw, 55, Colton, was charged with no seatbelt at 10:11 a.m. on Market Street.
• Marsha A. MacArthur, 81, Norwood, was cited for no seatbelt at 10:18 a.m. on Market Street.
• Adam R. Burns, 44, Colton, was cited for no seatbelt at 11:41 a.m. on Market Street.
All of the above subjects were cited and released.
