Potsdam police cite five motorists with driving infractions

POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions on Friday. Those charged included:

• Sheri A. Francis, 36, Massena, was cited for speed in zone on Maple Street at 1:04 a.m. after being observed driving 49 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.

• Madeleine A. Till, 21, Rochester, was prohibited U-turn on Market Street at 2:11 a.m.

• Dante D. Langley, 21, Ballston Spa, was cited for operating in violation of restrictions on Market Street at 2:31 a.m.

• Olivia A. Seamans, 22, Diamond Point, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Market Street at 3:55 a.m. after she was found to be allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol content (BAC) of .29 percent. She was also cited for insufficient turn signal. She was issued tickets returnable in Potsdam court June 12.

• Darrin R. Collins, 40, Winthrop, was cited for uninspected motor vehicle on Elm Street at 11:26 p.m.
