Rachel Nickels, 38, Ogdensburg, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, illegal entry with intent and possession of burglary tools, on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 7:30 p.m. on Main St.
Potsdam police responded to a suspicious person complaint on Main Street where Nickels was identified. Nickels was arrested, arraigned and released on her own recognizance, then turned over to Ogdensburg police on pending warrants.
