Zoey Fiber, 20, of Saratoga Springs was charged with unsafe turn at 12:06 a.m. May 19 on Cedar Street, according to Potsdam Police.

Michael Maurer, 32, of Norwood was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with no insurance at 2:23 a.m. on May 19 on Waverly Street, according to Potsdam Police.

Lucas E. Haley, 35, of Potsdam was charged with second-degree harassment was charged at 12:56 p.m. on May 19 on Market Street. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

Colleen M. McLaughlin, 34, of Potsdam, was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 at 4:40 p.m. May 19 at 28 Main Street.

Police say the charges stemmed from a report of a fight in progress that occurred on May 9.
