POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Tuesday night on Clarkson Avenue, according to Potsdam police.
Kurt M. Covey, 31, was charged with aggravated DWI and insufficient tail lights at 10:07 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
