OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg woman was charged with a felony following an order of protection complaint Sunday, according to state police.
Shawna M. Burnham, 36, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt at 4:56 p.m., officers said.
Her arrest status was not made public.
