CANTON -- An Ogdensburg resident was charged with driving on a registration Jan. 19, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.

Amanda M. Vanorman, 37, was cited for the above charge and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Canton court at a later date.
