• Report that juveniles broke a window at Grace Baptist Church on Greene Street at 3:26 p.m. Incident report filed.

• Report at 3:24 p.m. of a silver sedan that struck a telephone pole on Gates Street and left the scene. Police said there was no damage to the pole and they will be observant for the involved vehicle.

• Report at 2:02 p.m. that two male subjects entered her shop on West River Street and took property that wasn’t theirs. Police said it was a misunderstanding and that one of the male subjects will pay the complainant money for the scrap metal.

• Richard E. King Jr. was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of West River and Lake streets at 1:56 p.m.

• Fire alarm activation reported at 12:08 p.m. at the city pool. False alarm.

• Brittany Murphy was cited for having a dog at large on Montgomery Street at 11:42 a.m.
