• Chelsi Hess was cited for speed in zone on Proctor Avenue at 11:35 p.m. for allegedly driving 45 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.

• Report of subjects shooting off fireworks at Northside Mall parking lot at 10 p.m. Subjects gone upon arrival.

• Jason Montroy was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear at 2:46 p.m. at the police department. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.

• Report from subject at 2:06 p.m. who was having issues with his neighbor throwing cat litter on his porch on Knox Street. All parties advised to cease contact with each other.

• Report at 2:01 p.m. from a woman that her boyfriend struck her in the face with a coffee cup. William J. Larock Jr. was charged with third-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment on Jersey Avenue. A no contact order of protection was issued.

• Tori R. Lampett was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at St. Lawrence County Federal Credit Union on State Street at 1:27 p.m. following a request for a welfare check on a female.

• Edward O’Neill was cited for tampering with physical evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:26 p.m. on Ford Street. K9 was deployed to the scene. O’Neill was cited and released.

• Report of a suspicious male at 11:35 a.m. on Knox Street who was allegedly going onto people’s porches. Police spoke to male and advised him of the complaint and sent him on his way.

• Report from woman that she was bit by a pit bull on Ford Avenue at 10:58 a.m. CHMC to fax bite report to police.

• Aimee J. Barney was cited for speed in zone on Paterson Street at 10:36 a.m. for allegedly driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.

• Dawn Redmond was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court at 10:29 a.m on Mechanic Street. She was held on $100 bail, which she posted.
