OGDENSBURG -- Two people arrested on bench warrants Nov. 29 on Jay Street, according to city police.
Dylan L. Keith, 24, Ogdensburg and Katlynn R. Manning, 22, Calcium, were each arrested on warrants, officers said.
Manning was reportedly wanted by Gouverneur police and Keith was wanted by state police.
Both subjects were turned over to law enforcement related to their warrants.
