OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with failure to yield the right of way when entering a roadway, police say.
Randy A. Brien, 62, was charged on Jan. 17 following a motor vehicle accident in the 700 block of Riverside Dr., police say.
He was issued a traffic ticket returnable to city court on Feb. 3.
