Ogdensburg-based State Police stopped Donald C. Gilbo Jr, age 25, Haggert Road, Ogdensburg for traveling 102 mph in a 55 mph zone on the Center Road in the town of Morristown Friday.
He was subsequently charged with Reckless Driving and Possession of a Controlled Substance not in its original container, which is a violation.
He was found to be in possession of Vicodin that was not in its original container.
He was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court in front of Town Justice Bertand and released under the supervison of probation.
He was ordered to reappear on Dec. 30.
