OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was arrested on a Canton police department bench warrant on Jan. 13, police say.
David William Simmons, 28, was arrested around 11:02 a.m. on a warrant and a criminal mischief charge following an investigation, police say.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Ogdensburg city court on Feb. 1.
