CANTON – A traffic stop for speeding led to the arrest of a Norwood man on drug-related charges.
Robert D. Adner, 32, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and speeding
On Sunday, Dec. 4, around 9:21 p.m., troopers patrolling south on US Highway 11 reportedly observed a white 2013 Ford F-150 traveling north at a high rate of speed.
The trooper conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator as Adner. While interviewing Adner and the passengers of the vehicle they had conflicting stories. A search of Adner was completed and was found in possession of heroin and fentanyl.
