POTSDAM — A Norwood man was charged with second-degree criminal contempt following an investigation on March 15, police say.
Steve R. Sharma, 26, was charged following an investigation into an order of protection violation complaint on Market St., police say.
Sharma was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam Town Court on March 22 at 12 p.m.
