Norfolk man accused of violating order of protection, harassment

NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was arrested Thursday for violating an order of protection on West Main Street, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Preston P. Mossow, 54, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree harassment, deputies said.

Deputies responded to a report of a subject banging on the door and the occupant in the residence has an active no harass order of protection against Morrow, officers said.

He was released under the supervision of probation.
