POTSDAM — A Massena resident was charged Monday following a complaint about a subject being disorderly after being removed from a local establishments, according to village police.

Cameron D. Dennis, 27, was cited for disorderly conduct: Unreasonable noise at 12:15 a.m. on Depot Street, officers said.
