MASSENA — Massena police have charged a Massena man with a class E Felony stemming from an alleged theft of property valued over $1,000.
According to police, Robert Donnelly, 40, was charged on Feb. 2 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property (E Felony).
Donnelly was released on an appearance ticket.
