STOCKHOLM -- A Massena man was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, according to state police.
Matthew K. Baise, 50, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs Sept. 29, officers said.
He was cited at 9:16 p.m. and released, police said.
