STOCKHOLM -- A Massena man was face two charges stemming from an order of protection complaint May 2, according to state police.
Michael J. Summers, 35, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 3:18 p.m., officers said.
He was also cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:32 p.m. the same day, police said.
Summers was released on his own recognizance on the contempt charge, police said.
