James R. Deamer, 37, of Hines, W.V., was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a blood alcohol content test, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and unlicensed operator.

Troopers say they located Deamer operating a John Deere 100 Series lawnmower traveling north on Garrison Road swerving in and out of the roadway.

Deamer was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI. Deamer refused testing to determine his blood alcohol content.

He was also found to have previous convictions for DWI.

Deamer was charged with Felony DWI, and further ticketed for refusal to take breath test, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and unlicensed operator.

He was arraigned in the Pitcairn Town Court where he was released under the supervision of probation.
