MASSENA -- A man was accused of being in a restricted gated area without permission May 17 on Fregoe Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Christopher W. Covey, 41, Merrill, was charged with criminal trespassing following a complaint at Great Lakes St. Lawrence Development Corporation, officers said.
He was cited and released.
