Lisbon, Winthrop, Nicholville residents charged with driving infractions in Potsdam
POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged three motorists with driving infractions on Tuesday. Those charged included:
• Mark S. Eilers, 64, Winthrop, was cited for moving from a lane unsafely at 7:21 a.m. on Maple Street following investigation of a two vehicle property-damage accident.• Philip Wagner, 39, Nicholville, was charged with disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, speed not reasonable or prudent and improper left turn at 7:14 p.m. stemming from an accident June 6 on May Road, officers said.
• Jeffrey Hinkle, 33, Lisbon, was charged at 9:42 p.m. with first-offense aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of failure to stop at a red light and failure to keep right on Market Street, officers said.
All three were cited and released.
