PITCAIRN — A Harrisville resident was charged with driving impaired Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Barbara J. Moore, 49, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:58 p.m., officers said.
Her arrest status was not made public.
