GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Wednesday night, according to state police.
Kellie L. Carmody, 42, was charged with aggravated DWI and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 10:43 p.m., police said.
She was cited and released.
