Gouverneur Police Department blotter, July 12-13

Shaun C. Herbst, 27, Gouverneur, arrested at 12:37 p.m. for alleged petit larceny. Defendant stole two “It’s a 10” bottles of shampoo worth $41.99 and $35.99 from the Gouverneur Price Chopper Store on 06/28/19, police said. Defendant was released with an appearance ticket for the Gouverneur Town Court.

Trevor L. Martin, 20, Gouverneur, arrested at 3:58 PM for alleged trespass. Defendant trespassed onto Kinney Drugs Inc. property at 371 East Main St., on 6/15/2019 after the defendant has been issued a no trespass order from Kinney Drugs Inc., police said. Defendant was arrested and given an appearance ticket for the Gouverneur Town Court.

Brandi F. Neuroth, 28, Gouverneur, arrested at 4:45 PM for alleged aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. Police said defendant was driving a 2004 Dodge Stratus on East Main Street and was found to have a suspended New York driver’s license following a traffic stop. Defendant was issued an appearance ticket for the Gouverneur Town Court.

Victoria L. Baker, 35, Canton, arrested at 1:35 pm for alleged petit larceny, conspiracy 6th and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. Police said the defendant assisted Travis O. Horne in stealing an Instant Ice Pack from the Kinney Drugs Store, 371 East Main S., on 6/16/2019. The defendant was also driving on East Main Street with a suspended New York driver’s license, police said. The defendant was issued appearance tickets for the Gouverneur Town Court.

Travis O. Horne, 29, Gouverneur, arrested at 5:38 pm for alleged petit larceny and conspiracy 6th. The defendant assisted Victoria L. Baker in stealing an Instant Ice Pack from the Kinney Drugs Store, 371 East Main Street, on 6/16/2019, police said. The defendant was issued appearance tickets for the Gouverneur Town Court.
