• Friday, Aug. 6
Shawn Cole, 41, Theresa -- Arrested at 1:52 a.m. for following too closely and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Defendant caused an accident by following too closely while driving a 2003 Chevrolet Pick-Up Truck on West Barney Street. Defendant then fled the scene of the personal injury accident. Defendant was arrested by New York State Police in the town of Antwerp for DWI and Aggravated DWI after fleeing the scene. Defendant was issued two uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.Michael F. LaPierre, 46, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 1:50 a.m. for Harassment 2nd – physical contact. Defendant punched and pushed the victim during a physical domestic. Defendant was issued an appearance ticket for Harassment 2nd with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
• Sunday, Aug. 8
Caleb Matice, 19, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 2:03 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, open container in motor vehicle, refusal to submit to road side screener and speed of 43 mph in 30 mph. Defendant was driving north on Grove Street in a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee going 43 mph in a 30 mph zone. Defendant was then found to have an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Defendant refused to blow into the road side screener. Defendant was arraigned at the Rossie Town Court and released with a return to Gouverneur Town court on a later date.
Misti-Rae Bigwarfe, 28, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 8:25 p.m. for Criminal Mischief – 4th Degree. Defendant was arrested for slicing a rear bicycle tire that belonged to a neighbor causing damage with an estimate of $50. Defendant was released with an appearance ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
• Tuesday, Aug. 10
Rebecca A. Milone, 55, Harrisville -- Charged at 11:30 a.m. for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Subject did, while operating a 2019 Ford Escape in the Gouverneur Hospital parking lot, strike a parked vehicle in the parking lot and then left the scene. Subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.

Nelson G. Carrillo-Chay, 30, Lowville -- Charged at 4:24 p.m. for Speed in Zone (56mph/30mph) on William Street. Subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
• Monday, Aug. 16
Bryana M. Kerr, 18, Gouverneur -- Charged at 8:19 p.m. for Speed in Zone (44mph/30mph) on William Street. Subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
• Friday, Aug. 20
Amber L. Gilmore, 29, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 2:17 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court Bench Warrant issued by County Court Judge Coffinger. Defendant was processed and released to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's office for transportation to The St. Lawrence County Jail to await court.

Cody Gladle, 25, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 2:18 p.m. on a St Lawrence County Bench Warrant signed by Judge Richey. Defendant was transported to the Gouverneur Police Department for processing and then transported to the St Lawrence County jail to await arraignment. Also arrested for Criminal Possession Of A Controlled Substance 4th (C Felony) And Criminal Possession Of A Hypodermic Needle. Defendant was arrested on a St Lawrence County Bench Warrant, during the arrest the defendant was found to be in possession of approximately 8 grams of a cloudy crystallized substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Defendant was also found to be in illegal possession of several hypodermic needles. Defendant was transported to the Gouverneur Police Department and given appearance tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date and then transported to the St. Lawrence County Jail.
• Tuesday, Aug. 24
Brenda J. Macaulay, 68, Gouverneur -- Charged at 8:57 PM for Failure to use Designated Lane and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Subject was involved in a property damage accident on Hailesboro Street. Subject was issued two Uniform Traffic Tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
• Sunday, Aug. 29
Michelle C. Little, 27, Gouverneur -- Arrested at 8 a.m. for Petit Larceny. Defendant entered Kinney Drugs #1 with the intent to steal merchandise consisting of spray cologne valued at $69.11 on 04/26/21. Defendant was issued an Appearance ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date. Also arrested at 8 a.m. on two warrants issued by the Gouverneur Town Court Judge Travis Dann for failure to appear on Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Possession of a Hypodermic needle charges. Defendant was released on $250 cash bail. Defendant is to reappear in the Gouverneur Town Court.
