CANTON -- A Gouverneur man was charged after allegedly fleeing police on foot following a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 11, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Darryl S. Boshane, 27, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, officers said.
Deputies reportedly pulled over the vehicle Boshane was operating and he later fled on foot.
He was located a short time later by law enforcement on an enclosed porch of a nearby residence, officers said.
Boshane was taken into custody and cited and released.
