GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 16, Sheriff Deputies say.
Bradley H. Drake, 22, was charged with first-offense driving with a BAC of .08% or higher of alcohol and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on East Main St. in Gouverneur, deputies say.
Drake provided a breath sample of .15% according to deputies.
He was issued tickets to appear in town of Gouverneur court at a later date.
