CANTON — A DeKalb Junction man has been charged with driving while intoxicated by Sheriff’s Deputies.
Jared David, 37, was charged on March 15 after deputies say they investigated a report of an unconscious male behind the wheel of a motor vehicle on Canton Street in Rensselaer Falls.
Police say Davis refused to provide a breath sample after his arrest.
He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Canton Town Court at a later date and released.
Deputies were assisted on scene by Rensselaer Falls Fire and Rescue.
