NORFOLK — A Chase Mills man was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop June 4, according to state police.
Mark F. Tiernan, 54, was charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and circumvent an interlock device, police said.
He was charged at 10:15 a.m. and released, officers said.
