OGDENSBURG – An Ogdensburg man was sent to county jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bail bond Wednesday for allegedly choking his girlfriend during an argument.
State police arrested Patrick N. Regan, 28, Ogdensburg for second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of airway Wednesday after he allegedly pushed and choked his girlfriend during an argument.
He was arraigned in Morristown Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of the bail.
Regan will appear in Oswegatchie Town Court on Oct. 12.
