To the Editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the Northern Light Yoga Center, located at 595 Miner St., Canton. This new yoga center is a wonderful addition to our business community and I encourage people to get out to see the center.
Rebecca Rivers, owner of the center, is incredibly supportive of my business, The World Artisan, in Potsdam. I would like to thank her for this support.
Rebecca has given us space to have products and information on display. She refers customers to us and promotes our business. I am thankful for our positive business relationship.
Rebecca, once again, is assisting us by providing space for our upcoming presentation “Rwanda, Land of a Thousand Hills” on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. I would like to invite the public to the Northern Light Yoga Center for this presentation that will include discussion, slides and personal stories. We will also be holding a holiday sale where items from Rwanda and other countries can be purchased.
Owning a small business is hard work, but it is made easier when other small businesses show support and a willingness to work together. Thank you Northern Light Yoga Center!

co-owner of The World Artisan
