In response to “Wastewater Rehab Will Begin Soon” which appeared in the Feb. 28 - March 6 issue of North Country This Week: It brings to mind when I was on summer break, 1968, from SUNY Canton (Canton College at that time).
I worked as a carpenters’ helper for Nalew’s construction company from Meredith, NH that was building the wastewater treatment plant. I was hired with the help of my brother-in-law (Bob LaRose) as he was a carpenter working for them at that time. My, how 50 years has rushed by.
