To the Editor:
I write this letter to wholeheartedly recommend Kenneth “Juddy” Plumb for the position of Potsdam Town Justice. Juddy has an impressive resume that includes being a New York State Trooper, K-9 Officer and Bureau of Criminal (BCI) Investigator.
He was a well-respected police officer and was genuinely concerned about the safety of his community. Upon his retirement with the state police, Juddy taught criminal justice at BOCES where he was very much respected by his students.
I was very fortunate to work with Juddy when he was with the state police and to be a friend of his. I feel he would be a very fair and compassionate, but firm and reasonable judge. Potsdam would be very fortunate to have Juddy Plumb as their Town Justice.
