To the Editor:
The Potsdam Presbyterian Church and Trinity Episcopal Church thank Terri White and Patrick Gray of the PACES Food Service at SUNY Potsdam.
PACES supplied the cooked and sliced turkey, gravy, and cooked and mashed potatoes that were supplied to them, thus enabling these two churches to provide take out Thanksgiving Day meals to those in need. We are ever grateful to Terri and Patrick for their part in the “Town and Gown” effort to further connect the college to our Potsdam community.
We also thank the parishioners of each church who gave so freely of food donations, monetary donations and helping hands to package the meals. It was a very special time for all the volunteers.
Thank you all, again.
