On Thursday, June 13 at about 7:30 a.m., I used the ATM at Key Bank in Potsdam. I got my receipt and thought I was finished, but neglected to retrieve my debit card.
The next person in line found it, called the bank, and said he’d drop it off later in the afternoon.
He said he was on his way to work in Norwood. I discovered the card missing about 10 a.m. and went to the bank, where I was told what had happened to it.
When I went back to pick up the card I asked for the name of the man so I could thank him, but the bank’s policy, understandably, does not allow the release of other customers’ identity.
So I hope this honest man reads NCTW and will see my thank you to him.
