In response to “Why Do We Let Stefanik Represent Us” which appeared in the Nov. 16-22 issue of North Country This Week: I was beginning to feel I was the only one that felt the same as you.

Stefanik’s behavior is appalling and embarrassing to people in the North Country. Does she really think we’re just a bunch of “hicks” up here and that we can’t feel or think ourselves.

She is also lying while being the “taken female in the Republican representation. She attacked Adam Schiff about taking testimonies in secret meetings. Stefanik herself was in those meeting when testimonies were given.

She says, “this is a matter of Constitutional importance” yet does everything she can, along with rep. cronies, to distract and disrupt the proceedings. She doesn’t even know the house rules that Republicans voted on while they were the majority under John Boehner.

I guess after being named in Time Magazine that her head is still in the clouds. She needs to take her head out of the clouds, or whoever, and start putting it into matters that pertain to the oath that she took.

The Glens Falls newspaper and Washington Post both shamed her for her public behavior.

She won’t even comment to questions asked by the press.

Stefanik needs to pressure her cronies and tell them to release the many papers and everything else from the state department that isn’t being turned over by “order of czar Trump!”

She must uphold our Democracy or go down with all the corruption. Even the “hicks” in the North Country see this as a no brainer!
