In response to: “Opinion: Trump, Stefanik Helped Incite Capitol Building Violence, says Russell resident” : "Republicans in an attempt to disqualify the votes of the American people by refusing to recognize the certified outcome of the 2020 election," has been tried by both Republicans and Democrats in the past; check 2000 election of President Bush. Our history books on American history has several spectacular incidents of elections being contested; see 1860 and Abraham Lincoln election.

Secondly, "...evidence-free claims that have been repeatedly rejected by the courts." is a falsehood under itself. The Courts never took up, or the ones that allowed a suit to be filed, never actually look at evidence presented. There is video documentation, affidavits, signed under perjury of law, people willing to testify in court but not given the chance, voting machine irregularities, illegal drop boxes, no oversight by poll watchers and more. Even the Supreme Court failed to do due justice, i.e. the Texas case, stating they have no standing in the case. The Constitution is very clear on the matter where one state has an issue with another state, only they, the Supreme Court has jurisdiction.

As to the "principled and fact-based member of her own party, Senator Mitt Romney," is quite the joke you put in your story. Senator Romney, may be registered as a Republican, in name only and sits further left the Pacific Ocean. Did Senator Romney speak out as the last 8 months of "demonstrations" in Oregon, Chicago, NYC, Seattle and other locals? No

The double standard which the media, the Left, Hollywood, the Mob and others have applied to this President has never been seen before. PE Biden leveraged tax payers money to get a prosecutor fired who was investigating his son. It is on tape, and hard to deny.

"Members of Congress who substitute their own partisan judgement for that of the courts do not enhance public trust, they imperil it ... I could not agree more with this statement. The Democrats have appointed so many left leaning, law making courts that the general population does not feel they can get a fair shake in court. If anyone speak out, and does not agree with the Democrats, they bully and hurt, harass and threaten the individual, ask Nick Sandmann Further, that when a Democrat female states she was sexually harassed or assaulted by a Conservative or Republican, it is all hands on deck. Democrat after Democrat goes to the nearest camera to call for that person to resign. If it is against a Democrat, the woman is hardly believed. There is no rally cry to defend that woman.

The standards of politics and the money in politics need to come back to the reality of our time. There is no need to spend billions of dollars on an election. Almost 50% of our population will not, or cares not to vote because they feel they will make no difference. Of course when you can have 130% of your party vote, I guess they may have "voted" without knowing it. You have 2-years to make up your mind as to what you want; more of the same, or a change to put American back on top where it belongs. Vote, but only if you are alive and registered.
