To all who so graciously donate to the animal shelter canisters you encounter in businesses in Potsdam and other townships, the Potsdam Humane Society sincerely thanks each and every donor.

Your spare change/bills adds up to help the Spay/Neuter Program ensuring no cat or dog will leave the shelter and be back with kittens or puppies. Without this vital program there would far more overpopulation of cats and dogs.

If you so desire, donations of canned food (pate) can be dropped off at the shelter to nurture the pups/kittens when needed. Dry food can be utilized to help those who want to keep their pet but fall upon occasional hard times.

Thank you to all the businesses who support this great cause at our local shelter. Kudos to all for your generosity and kind hearts.
