To the Editor:
Elise Stefanik has blood on her hands as much as Donald Trump has. She should uphold her oath of office and join the call for Trump’s removal from office. If she can’t bring herself to do that, then she should resign from office.
Stefanik has demonstrated time after time that her loyalty has been with Donald Trump, not with her constituents, not with the rule of law and certainly not with the defense of the Constitution.
And, by the way, whatever happened to the pocket Constitutions that self-described Tea Party Republicans used to wave around a mere four years ago? Stuck between the couch cushions, maybe? Did the dog eat them, perhaps?
Perhaps, Stefanik needs to dig hers out and reread what it says. Maybe, she’ll decide she really isn’t up to what her job requires.
Just curious.
