After being closed for inside dining since May 17, we were given the green light to reopen our dining room to guests once again. The restaurant opened June 19 for lunch and has been open serving lunch and dinner ever since.
We have been trying many ways to get the word out that we are open with our buffets fully stocked and many safety protocols in place to ensure a safe dining experience.
NY state mandates that all guests wear a protective face covering while they are standing within the restaurant. This process means that anytime you are on your feet inside the business that you have a mask covering your mouth and nose.
We are also enforcing social distancing and have required the use of our hand sanitizing station prior to touching any utensils. Foodservice gloves are also an additional step in insuring a sanitary visit to the buffets.
For those guests who prefer to avoid the buffets, we also offer all of our entrees as a platter meal which does not include the buffet, instead it offers you a salad prepared for you at a substantial savings vs. adding the buffet.
Take out is also highly recommended and easy to do, just give Ponderosa a call at 315-265-8080 and allow us to create your next delicious meal.
We are open and we need you more than ever, please support your local businesses.
Thank you,
Jeff Prosper
