On recent visit to the Cheel Campus of Canton-Potsdam Hospital I was standing next to my car, catching my breath before walking to the entrance, and was approached by a young woman who I believe is one of the receptionists in the primary care suite.
She knew my name and asked if I was ok or needed help. After assuring her I was just pausing a moment, I proceeded to the entrance and sat for a moment in one of the wheelchairs there.
Another woman, again one of the receptionists, came out to ask if I was ok. I just want to publically acknowledge the kindness and care I receive from these two women in particular and all of the receptionists at Cheel.
The good medical care I receive there begins at sign in. Thanks.
